Art Deco Emerald-Cut Diamond, Platinum Ring

In the early 20th century, to showcase the newly mined diamonds coming from South Africa and South America, the master jewelers decorated their handmade platinum rings with graceful and precise hand-engraved motifs, such as flowers, foliate and geometric patterns.
